Abstract
En lo que representa a los impactos ambientales estos se relacionan con afectacion sobre la ejecucion de los proyectos energeticos, tal y como estan planteados, afectan los propositos de conservacion de algunas de las areas protegidas, no realizan una evaluacion suficienre de los impactos ambientales y se requiere de una intervencion institucional clara y suficiente para aprovechar el potencial eolico de la region, teniendo en cuaenta la necesaria la priorizacion y conservacion de las areas areas que albergan grupos funisticos dado su potencial biologico. En cuanto a los impactos ambientales, estos se relacionan con la afectación en la ejecución de los proyectos energéticos. Tal como están planteados, afectan los propósitos de conservación de algunas de las áreas protegidas, no realizan una evaluación suficiente de los impactos ambientales y se requiere una intervención institucional clara y suficiente para aprovechar el potencial eólico de la región. Teniendo en cuenta la necesaria priorización y conservación de las áreas que albergan grupos faunísticos, dado su potencial biológico.
Environmental Impacts of Wind Farms and Energy Transmission Lines on the Biodiversity of Protected Areas in the Department of La Guajira-Colombia
The present monography aims to enunciate the probable environment impacts occasioned onto the biodiversity present at the protected areas product of the developing of energy sector projects such as wind farms and power lines in La Guajira. This valuation was made determining and identifying the energy sector projects, the protected areas, enunciate the principal impacts and generate some recommendations of environment management. Through a mix methodology of documental and explorative character what tackles the problem question, thus it was consulted different institutional and private sources in the local, regional, national and international order. The results will be order according the specific objectives of the job, giving account of twenty tree project of wind farms and tree power lines; the project of power lines, as planned, affected the ecological connectivity between complex protected areas, that is possible make evident in some wind farms, how they were conceived, would be aligned in a significant way whit important areas form the conservation of birds- AICA denominated CO003- complex of coastal wetlands in La Guajira, which contains areas that are relevant for the department, taking into account the environment impact, this are related with affectation over the vegetation, fauna and ground. The recommendations in line with the conclusions propose that the execution of the energetic projects, just like are pose, affect the purposes of conservation in some the protected areas, they don\'t doing enough evaluation of environment impact and is required an clear and adequate institutional intervention from to take advantage of the Eolic potential of this region taking into account the necessity to prioritization and conservation in the areas that harboring fauna groups owning the biological potential.
