Abstract
The discussion of construction and installation approaches is organized by offshore and onshore elements of the Project. The discussion of offshore elements follows the overall plan of installation set forth in the construction schedule, beginning with scour protection and proceeding through installation of offshore export cables, foundations, Electrical Service Platforms (“ESPs”), inter-array cables, and Wind Turbine Generators (“WTGs”).
