AB - This Non-Technical Summary (NTS) summarises the Environmental Statement (ES) prepared under The Environmental Impact Assessment (Electricity Works) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (as amended) and The Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 (as amended) (collectively referred to as the EIA Regulations), which accompanies an application to Marine Scotland for consent under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989, and associated Marine Licences for the construction and operation of Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm (the Wind Farm) and Transmission Works (the OfTW), collectively these elements are referred to as “the Project”.
